Four promises, and what they cost us if we break them
Anyone can make a promise. We attach a cost to ours, which is what makes us keep them. We are FENSA registered, and where a certificate is required for your job we register it and it comes to you.

We give you a fitting date once your deposit is paid and the survey is done. Miss it and we put £50 back in your pocket.
On your floor
No Smash, Free Cash
If we break the glass in your new door we replace it and pay you £50. Toughened glass as standard, so it is very rare.
On your money
Snagging Hold Back
Once the installation is complete we test everything with you before you pay the last 20%. If anything is outstanding, you hold back what that item is worth until it is finished.
On the survey
Deposit Back, No Quibble
If the survey changes the price after you have paid your deposit and you decide to cancel, you get 100% of it back within 48 hours. No fees, no charges.
